Fugitive Cheng Chui-ping - known as 'Big Sister Ping' and wanted by the FBI - is to be sent back to the United States to face people-smuggling charges after she failed to overturn an extradition order. Mr Justice Frank Stock said the order granted by Magistrate Peter Law on August 22 against her was lawful.
