Nine more parents launched a lawsuit against Gloria Kindergarten to recover $114,261 in tuition fees they claim they were overcharged between 1995 and 1998. The suit names the kindergarten's supervisor, So Kwok-yan, and his brother Kwok-wai, a former partner. Small Claims Tribunal adjudicator Jessica Wong Wai-sum adjourned the case to December 29, pending the outcome of the kindergarten's High Court appeal against a ruling it must pay $67,000 overcharged to nine other parents.
