Noisy fountain

The Admiralty Garden situated in the centre of the cement forest that is Admiralty, near the bus depot, is meant to be a place where white collar workers can relax.

However, one-third of the space is taken up by a fountain.

The amount of noise created by the fountain and the bus depot make it virtually impossible to stay in the garden for more than 10 minutes.

I urge the Leisure and Cultural Services Department to re-design the garden so that is quieter and has more seats.
