Five children and a grandson of the former chairman of Li Chung Shing Tong (Holdings), the maker of Chinese medicine Po Chai Pills, have filed a writ suing the dead man's second wife over his estate. Sons Stewart Lee and Alfred Lee, daughters Lina Lee, Diana Li and Agnes Lee and grandson Albert Li are claiming $14.24 million from Karen Lee, the second wife of Lee Chu-ho, the firm's chairman who died in May 1988. They accuse Karen Lee, who took a position as director of the company after her husband's death, of misappropriating funds that belonged to them.
