Pair plotted to cheat school

Leung Shiu-kee, 41, former headmaster of the Leung Shing Tak Primary School in Tseung Kwan O, and his brother Leung Siu-hon, 34, manager of a catering management company, were found guilty of trying to deceive the school out of $31,280 by forging expense claims. Kwun Tong magistrate John Glass fined each defendant $15,000. The pair had denied conspiring to use documents with intent to deceive bosses.
