THE Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong has asked the ICAC for advice on countering corruption in the wake of the Gary Cheng Kai-nam scandal.

The party is to require members holding public office to declare their interests annually under a tighter internal monitoring system. DAB vice-chairman Ip Kwok-him said the Independent Commission Against Corruption would be invited to seminars to clarify 'grey areas'.
