POLICE have arrested 76 people and seized betting chips with a face value of more than $1 million, plus $133,000 in cash, in four anti-gambling raids. Two Kwun Tong raids yesterday netted 24 people, betting chips worth $900,000, and $15,000 in cash. In TaiPo, 16 men and eight women were arrested for playing baccarat. On Friday, police raided a gambling den in Shamshuipo, arresting 28 people, with chips worth $176,000 and $118,000 in cash.
