One of the hippest designers in the world, Marc Jacobs, touches down in Hong Kong next week. As creative director for Louis Vuitton, Jacobs is here to inaugurate the French luxury house's third new-concept store in Pacific Place. Sneak a peek next Thursday at noon.

Scent of a woman

Beauty icon Isabella Rossellini is also making an appearance at Pacific Place. Rossellini, who is launching her new fragrance, Manifesto, will meet her many fans at Seibu from 2.30-3.30pm tomorrow.

Long-sighted

Coinciding with the launch of the latest Donna Karan and DKNY eyewear collections, an exhibition of eyewear photography, Framed, is being held at the new DKNY flagship store at 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Focusing on eyewear throughout the ages - from glamorous sunglasses to not-so-glamorous reading spectacles - it brings together over 130 photographs by such world-renowned snappers as Richard Avedon, Horst, Helmut Newton and Herb Ritts. Boutique hotels

One-of-a-kind, hand-crafted jewellery goes on sale at the Grand Hyatt next week. Us Creations, known for its exquisite gems set in 22-carat gold, will be holding an exhibition of its latest work at the hotel from November 27 to December 1.
