Conrad International CHOCOLATE FONDANT (Serves 8) Ingredients: 50g\tbutter\t80g\tdark chocolate\t 2pc\tegg white\t80g\tsugar\t 8pc\tegg yolk Method : Melt the butter with the dark chocolate, mix well, set aside. Whisk the egg white with the sugar to firm consistency but not too firm. Mix the beaten egg white with the egg yolk. Then gently add the dark chocolate mixture, fold into cake mould coated with baking paper. Bake in oven at 100?C for about 40 minutes. Cool the cake before serving. Best prepared one day in advance. Before serving, remove the paper and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
