Dessert: Cinnamon tart with sesame ice- cream and home-made rum cherries

The cinnamon tart
250g fresh milk 4pc cinnamon stick 150g sugar a pinch of salt
10pc gelatin leaves 500g quark cheese 500g whipped cream

Boil the milk and the cinnamon stick for about 10 to 15 minutes. Take it out of the stove and let it infuse for about 15 more minutes. Pass it through a sieve. Add the sugar, salt and melt the gelatin in the milk. Then add the quark cheese, mix well and finally, add the whipped cream. Spread the cream over a thin layer of sweet pastry and let it set in the fridge.
