SCMP Reporter

In sound broadcasting, the  three radio stations -  RTHK, Hong Kong Commercial  Broadcast Company and  Metro Broadcast Corporation -  broadcast more than  2,000 hours of programmes a week. Currently, RTHK oper ates seven radio channels  and produces over 900 hours  of programmes each week.

Each of the other two ra dio stations operates three  channels.
