Ko Kam-fai, 24, appeared in Eastern Court accused of hacking into the University of Hong Kong's e-mail system and two women's computer systems 12 times between September 1998 and May last year. He faced 12 counts of criminal damage in addition to two counts of criminal intimidation for threatening to rape the two women. No plea was taken and Magistrate Ian Candy adjourned the case to January 2 in the District Court.
