Discount on units

Emperor International Holdings is offering allowances on interior furnishing to buyers of 33 units at J C Place in Tuen Mun, equal to a price cut of 2 per cent to 12 per cent. Executive director Tony Tse Wai-chuen said many buyers were still cautious. The 33 units are between 612 square feet and 1,017 sq ft, at an average price of about HK$2,300 per square foot. Some units were selling at an average price of HK$1,800 to HK$2,000 per square foot after deducting all allowances, said Mr Tse.
