Bangkok: US investment house Goldman Sachs has bought more shares in Thailand's Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), taking its stake to 5.95 per cent, Reuters reports. Goldman Sachs bought 16 million warrants, equivalent to 1.28 per cent of SCB's equity, on January 10. The warrants, which have an exercise ratio of one warrant to one share, were bought at a price of 3.70 baht each.
