Looking to the future . . . representatives of the South China Morning Post interview final candidates for the paper's Careers Post Scholarship Scheme 1993. The scheme, sponsored by the Hongkong Telecom Foundation, offers young people in Hongkong agedbetween 18 and 28 an opportunity to apply for a career advancement scholarship. Applicants can choose to take an evening or an extramural course of their choice at any one of seven top educational institutes in the territory. In total, $450,000 will be paid out to the successful applicants this year. Winners of the scholarships will be confirmed by the end of this month.
