New look at driver training

The Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation will review operations to see if drivers need retraining after a northbound train jumped the tracks at Fanling Station on Friday night. Chairman Yeung Kai-yin said the corporation would investigate the 'rare' incident caused by 'human error'.
