The Lands Department last month issued approvals for the pre-sale of 3,344 unfinished flats in four residential projects.
There were 17 applications for a further 7,478 units pending approval.
Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) received the pre-sale consent for its 1,618-unit The Parcville project in Yuen Long. SHKP and Swire Properties also won approval for the 1,536-unit phase two of their Ocean Shores project in Tseung Kwan O.
Consent was also issued to Wharf (Holdings)' 86-unit Nelson Court luxury project in Waterloo Road in Kowloon. Wharf is still seeking a permit for the 1,272-unit phase one of its Kowloon Station project.
Small developer Polytec Holdings International also received approval for its 104-unit project in Yuen Long, while Cheung Kong (Holdings) and MTR Corp await consent for four blocks, comprising 1,552 units, in phase one of their Caribbean Coast venture in Tung Chung.
