Part-time actor Danny Lo Kwok-fai, 46, the elder brother of horse trainer Eddie Lo Kwok-chow, appeared at Eastern Court yesterday charged with conspiracy to defraud. Lo was alleged to have taken part in a credit-card scam between December last year and January. No plea was taken. Magistrate Ian Candy adjourned the case to the District Court on February 26.
