Legislator Andrew Wong Wang-fat, 57, was issued with a summons to appear in court on charges of careless driving and failing to provide a breath sample. Wong allegedly drove his car into the back of a taxi in Kowloon City on December 18 as he was returning home from a wedding banquet for the son of fellow Legislative Council member Lau Wong-fat. A date and place for the hearing will be set later.
