Following the success of their debut album LMF In The House and their first live concerts in January, LMF continues to deliver their take on society with this long-awaited EP. LMFAMIGLIA was intended for release before their gigs, but was delayed.
While critics argue LMF have lost their credibility by signing a deal with San Miguel to star in TV commercials, their music retains their original spirit. On this four-track EP, each song delivers a different message and some of them inspire listeners to identify with being a Hong Konger.
The opening track, 1127, is a tribute to kung fu master Bruce Lee and is fuelled by their distincive metal/ hip-hop beats. They urge us to respect and preserve the 5000-year Chinese culture.
