Personal view given on 'ghostly' restoration

I refer to the article 'Restored hospital gives up the ghosts' (Sunday Morning Post, January 28) with criticism of the newly restored former mental hospital building in Sai Ying Pun. I wish to make clear that the opinions I expressed were made on a personal basis and I was not representing either the Hong Kong Institute of Architects or the University of Hong Kong.

However, both bodies encourage members to voice their opinions (though they may not necessarily be absolutely right) for the advancement of architecture and society.
