A PART-TIME model was yesterday fined a total of $600 after he admitted stealing a pair of number plates. Albert Yiu Kai-tak, 24, pleaded guilty at Eastern Court to stealing the number plates in Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, on June 14 this year. He also admitted a charge of being equipped for stealing. The court was told he had been drinking alcohol at the time of the offence. Magistrate Li Zong-er ordered him to be fined $300 on each count.
