Fourseas.com is negotiating with an independent third party about a capital injection into the online air-ticketing agency, which may lead to a change in control of the company. The potential buyer is not associated with controlling shareholder South China Information & Technology, which indirectly holds a 44.5 per cent stake. No agreement has been made, and Fourseas was not aware of any other reason besides this negotiation which may have led to the rise in its share price on February 14. Fourseas.com and South China IT shares were suspended from February 15 but the two have applied for a resumption of trading from today.
