THANKS to Rudolph, we all know reindeer can fly. But how about fish? That is the dilemma TV presenter turned stage actress Angie Alderman will attempt to resolve when she puts on a one-woman show on Friday and Saturday. It is entitled Fish Can Fly And So Can Reindeer, and Angie tells us she will ''take the audience on a journey of discovery ranging from Santa's Grotto to Chernobyl''. Angie is treading the boards in a good cause. All proceeds from the performances will go to Amnesty International and admission is by invitation, with the invites available on payment of $50 for the charity. The play, directed by Lindsey McAlister, will be staged in the Old Mental Hospital, 1 High Street, Western. ''Preparing for this show has been both an invigorating challenge and a frightening experience,'' said Angie. ''Just last week the lighting arrangements we had lined up fell through. ''But, fortunately, World One Asia have stepped in to help out and, since it's for Amnesty, they are giving their services free.''
