An alleged drink-driver, 21, was released on bail after his van hit a construction worker in Lion Rock Tunnel Road, Tai Wai, at 3.30am. Two other workers narrowly escaped being hit. The driver drove away but hit another car. Police found the vehicle and the driver in the village.
