NAM Pei Hong (Holding) is raising $9.2 million through a placement of 10 million new shares with Megabase Securities, Chan Yiu-kwan and Hui Chun-wah.

  The new shares, 8.9 per cent of the existing share capital, will be issued at 92 cents each, an 11.54 per cent discount to yesterday's closing price of $1.04.
