Sino Land establishes green pace

Sino Land has secured the first 'green building' approval for its Ocean View in Ma On Shan. It incorporates balconies for all units, enlarged lift lobbies with natural ventilation, podium gardens, material recovery room on each floor and outdoor solar lighting.
