Police yesterday arrested accountant John Wu Chi-tso, 49, and charged him with two counts of failing to preserve secrecy under the Securities and Futures Commission Ordinance between March and April 1998. In July 1997, Wu was appointed as one of three judges on the Insider Dealing Tribunal that heard allegations surrounding listed company Chee Shing, now known as Tysan.
