CONTRACTORS have been invited to pre-qualify for tendering on the construction of sewage treatment facilities on north Lantau island.
The works include the construction of a sewage pumping station in Tung Chung and a sewage treatment works at Siu Ho Wan.
The contract includes the installation of pumping stations, screening facilities, pipelines, chambers, roads, and landscaping work.
Also included is the supply and installation of electrical and mechanical services associated with the plant.
The closing date for groups to submit documents for pre-qualification is noon on June 30.
Groups on the approved contractors for public works lists one and two, group C, for roads, drainage and waterworks are invited to apply for documents from Mott MacDonald.
