Firms in Skyhigh talks

Pearl Oriental Cyberforce chairman Wong Kwan said it was in talks with Far East Consortium International for a possible joint venture on The Skyhigh redevelopment on The Peak. The companies also received offers for The Skyhigh, the luxury house Genesis, also on The Peak, and a hotel project in Western District, from both local and overseas firms, he said. Pearl Oriental's share price surged 43.75 per cent to close at 2.3 HK cents before suspension of trading.
