Free long distance

New T&T, Wharf Holdings' long-distance and fixed-line services carrier, is launching a summer promotion to attract more mobile telephone users to make long-distance calls. The company said IDD 007 residential customers using registered mobile phones would be able to make free long-distance calls to Canada between 9pm and 9am, and all day on weekends. New T&T said the offer would end on August 8.
