PROMOTERS of the Michael Jackson world tour are said to be ''99.99 per cent certain'' that he will give two concerts at Sha Tin racecourse in August.

  ''This thing is full-steam ahead,'' a source said.

  A meeting is to be held today between the concert organisers and the Royal Hongkong Jockey Club to discuss the dates, with two nights between August 15 and August 17 likely.
