Smoking ban sought

The Hong Kong Council on Smoking And Health has called again for a full ban on smoking in restaurants. Vice-chairman Dr Homer Tso Wei-kwok said that since the law requiring no-smoking areas in restaurants came into effect two years ago, there had been no prosecutions.
