Eight of the best for 'Tiger'

Oscar-winning Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon grabbed eight awards at the 20th Hong Kong Film Awards, including best film, best director, best supporting actress, best action choreography, best sound design, best cinematography, best original film and best original song.

In The Mood For Love was the second biggest winner. Wil liam Chang Suk-ping won best art direction, best film editing, and best costume and make-up design awards. Leading actor and actress Tony Leung Chiu- wai and Maggie Cheung Man- yuk walked away with best actor and best actress awards. It was the third time Leung had won the award and the fifth time for Cheung.

Fruit Chan's Durian Durian won best screenplay and Qin Hailu won the best new performer award.

Daniel Chan Hiu-tung admitted that his love affair with Cecelia Cheung Pak-chi had finally come to an end after one year. Chan said the break-up had nothing to do with a third person and he and Cheung were still good friends.

Ada Choi Siu-fun said credit cards reflected one's social status at a credit card promotional event. The actress said credit cards were safer than cash.

She said she has seven credit cards which she uses for dining and travelling.
