Parents, staff and students perform at PTA inauguration ceremony

Ching Chung Hau Po Woon Secondary School held its parent- teacher association (PTA) inauguration ceremony recently.

Special guests included Winnie S H Liu (Chief School Development Officer, Tuen Mun) and Pearl P C Kong (Senior School Development Officer, Tuen Mun).

After welcoming speeches by school supervisor Choy Wai-lam and Home-School Co-operation Committee chairman Tik Chi- yuen, certificates and souvenirs were presented to the newly elected committee members.

A CD-ROM of the school's activities was shown, followed by colourful and entertaining musical performances and verse recitals.

The school's philosophy is that education has to be a collaborative effort between teachers, parents and the community.

The collaboration was symbolised with a stage performance involving parents, teachers and students.
