Marina in Shanghai

CHINA'S first world-class residential marina is to be built near Shanghai. Located just an hour's drive south of the city, the site known as Jiulongshan (Nine Dragon Hills) is said to be the most scenic coastal property on China's eastern coast.

It also has the only coastal hill range, forest, islands and beach scenery between Shanghai and Hangzhou. The residential marina is planned to be part of an integrated resort and recreational facility.

The project is being developed by Consortium Investment Ltd, a member of the Hongkong-based Wing Shing International Group, and the Singaporean-based Marina Resort Development Consulting Group.
