A United States federal jury indicted three men for conspiring to steal trade secrets from telecommunications equipment maker Lucent Technologies to transfer to a Chinese state-owned company. Former Lucent employees Lin Hai and Xu Kai were charged with Cheng Yong-Qing. They face 10 years jail and up to US$250,000 in fines.
