Police break up suspected road race

A driver, 30, was arrested after police intercepted five cars in Wan Po Road, Tseung Kwan O, involved in a suspected illegal road race. Four cars suspected of having undergone illegal modifications were impounded. The driver was arrested for failing to pay an outstanding traffic ticket.
