As a resident of Block Three of Upper Ngau Tau Kok Estate, I am concerned about the regular suspensions of water and electricity supply that people staying in this block have to endure.
We are usually told in advance via noticeboards, but why do we have to endure so many temporary interruptions? We are often told it is to do with maintenance. Why does there have to be so much maintenance for this block?
I am grateful that we are informed a few days in advance; however, especially with water, the supply is not always resumed at the scheduled time. For example, one interruption was supposed to be from 10pm till 6am. When I came home after 10pm, I realised I would have to wait till morning to take a shower. However, at 7am, I and my neighbours discovered that there was still no water.
