A Fuk Lo Tsun Road cafe owner alerted the police at 4:45pm on Sunday after he noted a ''bizarre incident''. A group of over 40 gathered in his eatery half an hour after some of his patrons made calls on their mobile phones.
The men, aged between 15 and 42, then started shouting and apparently arguing.
No weapon was found on those arrested and police, who are still investigating the causes behind the incident, released the suspects on $1,000 bail each.
