New boss at Dairy Farm

OWEN Price today resigns from the board of Hongkong Land Holdings and from the post of managing director of Dairy Farm International Holdings.

Mr Price, who oversaw Dairy Farm's aggressive expansion overseas, is replaced by Graeme Seabrook, previously head of the British retailer Kwik Save.

Mr Price, an Australian, is retiring.

Another Jardine group company, Jardine International Motor Holdings, sees a new face on the board with the appointment of Winston Leong Kwok-wai.

Mr Leong is assistant director of corporate finance at PruAsia DBS.
