Man lured women to SAR

Mainland visitor Chan Cheong-man, 28, was jailed for 4.5 years yesterday for helping two mainland women illegally enter Hong Kong. The District Court heard that in April Chan provided forged two-way permits for the women and lured them to work as prostitutes in the SAR. One of the women was caught when she attempted to leave with the forged document. The court heard that the women were solicited in Shenzhen.
