Evergo sells building

EVERGO International Holdings has sold the 22-storey Far East Exchange Building in Wyndham St, Central, for an undisclosed sum.

It has a site area of 5,300 square feet and a gross floor area of about 70,000 sq ft. Analysts valued it at about $500 million.
