One-for-five offer

Coils manufacturer CEC International Holdings posted a 26.4 per cent drop in net profits to HK$30.86 million for the year to April 30. Turnover rose 28 per cent to HK$347 million. Basic earnings per share were 6.02 HK cents. Directors have recommended one-for-five a bonus issue.
