A group of HSBC analysts in Britain have been putting some intensive research into their latest report.
The team has compiled a 68-page tome into why nightclubs make a sound investment. Luminar, an operator in Britain's late-night club market, has a buy recommendation from the bank. The reason? - Pulling power.
'It is now widely known that people in Britain are getting married later,' the report said.
It concludes that the more single people there are, the more people there are who want to meet new people and potentially 'pull'.
And this is where the university education comes in because the group has illustrated its opinion with the 'Marginal Propensity to Pull' model.
Number of people pulling increases proportionally to number of single people.
