Two held over dog-fight syndicate

Two men have been arrested in connection with an illegal dog-fighting syndicate that raked in $1 million in bets a night. Officers found the dog-fighting arena and a breeding and training ground for dogs in the village in Kam Sheung Road, Pat Heung, in April.
