Mr Cant is based in Tokyo. He joined from HSBC Securities in New York. Bill Healey has joined the New York office to spearhead sales to institutional investors and develop its Japanese equity franchise in the United States. Sit Sei-wei has been appointed director of debt market origination for Asia.
