Fu, China's four-time Olympic gold medallist, stole the limelight when she made a brief visit to a press conference to launch the two-seater F3 car. She was the centre of the media attraction before being whisked out by organisers.
Lee, who turns 25 on Sunday, is the first local driver to race in Formula 3, having taken part in the 1999 French F3 Championship series. Lee will take part in November's F3 race at the prestigious Macau Grand Prix.
