Satellite television operator Sun Television Cybernetworks Holdings (Sun TV) has announced details of a share-swap six days after Sina.com disclosed the deal. Sun TV said chairman Yang Lan entered into a conditional agreement to swap 29.3 per cent of Sun TV for about 10 per cent in Sina.com.
