Robbers slash man's fingers

Two robbers trying to steal a man's gold rings slashed three fingers on his left hand after he claimed he could not take the rings off. Despite the cuts the assailants were still unable to remove the three rings during the attack in Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. The victim was in a stable condition in Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The robbers fled with a gold necklace worth $20,000 and $5,000 in cash.
